1. General Provisions.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between SRL “SEIDAMETOV-PARTNERS”, located at Moldova, Balti, str. Strii 3/5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) registering for and participating in the “Digital Boost” event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) held in Berlin, Germany, in 2025.
By registering on the website and/or purchasing a ticket to the Event, the User confirms their full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Event Description.
“Digital Boost” is a marketing and digital technologies conference organized by SRL “SEIDAMETOV-PARTNERS” and planned to be held in Berlin, Germany, in 2025.
The exact date and venue will be published on the official website and may be adjusted due to organizational circumstances.
3. Event Registration.
To participate in the Event, the User must complete a registration form and provide the following information:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Instagram profile link
  • Links to other social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
  • Messaging app contact (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp)
Registration is available only to individuals aged 18 and older.
4. Participation Fee & Payment Terms.
The participation fee ranges from €100 to €800 depending on the selected ticket type or package.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
  • Paynet system
  • Bank cards (Visa / MasterCard)
  • Direct bank transfer (by prior agreement with the Organizer)
For direct transfers, bank details are provided upon request.
All transaction fees or bank commissions associated with this method are borne by the User.
5. Refund Policy.
Refunds are available only upon written request sent to the Organizer via email: digitalboostconference@gmail.com.
If the request is received no later than 29 calendar days prior to the Event date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received later than 29 calendar days before the Event.
6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event in the event of force majeure circumstances (including, but not limited to: pandemics, natural disasters, states of emergency, or government restrictions).
If the Event is canceled by the Organizer:
  • The User will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the ticket to a new date without additional charges.
7. Code of Conduct.
The User agrees to behave respectfully toward other attendees and to follow generally accepted rules of conduct.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt public order from the Event without a refund.
8. Personal Data.
The User provides the following personal data:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Links to social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
  • Messaging app contacts (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp)
Purpose of processing: event registration, delivery of informational emails, and distribution of useful content related to the Event.
Personal data may be transferred to third-party services used for communication and email delivery.

9. Force Majeure.
The Organizer is not liable for full or partial non-performance of obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or strikes.
In such cases, the Organizer shall:
  • Notify the User of the circumstances as soon as possible,
  • Offer alternative solutions: rescheduling, change of format (e.g., online format), or refunds based on mutual agreement.
10. Contact Information.
For any questions related to participation in the Event or the terms of this Agreement, the User may contact the Organizer via email at: digitalboostconference@gmail.com.
11. Ticket Transfer PolicyThe User has the right to transfer their ticket to another individual by notifying the Organizer via email at least 7 calendar days prior to the Event.
The replacement participant must provide all required registration details.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny the transfer if the new participant does not meet age or security requirements.
12. Media & Content Consent.
By attending the Event, the User grants the Organizer the right to photograph, record, and publish visual and audio materials containing their image or voice.
These materials may be used on the Event website, social media, or any other promotional or informational media produced by the Organizer.
If the User does not consent to such use, they must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event.
13. Limitation of Liability.
The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the User in connection with attending or failing to attend the Event, including but not limited to travel disruptions, accommodation costs, health-related issues, or loss of personal belongings.
14. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
